INTERNSHIPS | LIFE OF A FASHION STUDENT

A week today marks the beginning of the next chapter of life as a fashion student... internships.
I know from experience (I'm experiencing it right now) that the thought of going off into the big world and working for a legit fashion company for however long is nothing short of TERRIFYING!
There are so many horror stories out there, so many the you hardly ever hear about the good experiences and what you can actually gain out of it.
I will be starting a six week long internship in London where I will, hopefully, find out what it's like to be a designer in the real world. Not only will I simultaneously be writing a 2,500 word business plan simultaneously to the internship (yay...) but I will also be doing a weekly report back here about what I've been up to, what I've found out and what it's really like to do an internship, no horror stories (unless needed... fingers crossed not) just pure truth so there's no more surprises when you eventually choose go on yours!
