September Favourites

So this month has brought us the 'back to school' phase, as we all know too well...

So for this month I have decided to share my favourite items and tips I have picked up in the first month of Sixth Form and being back at school... Enjoy!

So my first favourite thing this month is a tip...

The tip I have picked up is 'Do as much as you can that others will find impressive'

I know this sounds so stupid because I'm all for being your own person and doing things because you like it, not because your friends might think that its really cool... however, this is not what I mean...

To elaborate, I mean within school and the community. Our teachers could not have stressed more about our applications, CVs and our UCAS points in this first month and rightly so.

The more you do, the more you can put on these documents and the more likely you are at having a chance at something.

For example, I just became a sixth form ambassador which includes:

- Mentoring the younger students

-Providing help around the school

-And being involved in school events, such as open days

Now this isn't really much of a task as I love helping where I can, and to add to this I can add it to all those important documents to stand out that little bit more!

My second favourite thing has to be the support I am seeing from people regarding the Global Goals.
Its such an amazing project and Im hearing about it where ever I go and Im so proud when I can tell people to check to my post and get involved and they research it some more.

And finally, my last favourite this month is the Mystic Rose collection at paper chase, I am completely in love with this and the design is just perfect... Im planning to have a huge splurge very soon and go to my local papaerchase to but almost all of this collection.
